These Terms of Service, Custody Policy, and Risk Disclosure govern your access to and use of Tasdid's payment services, merchant dashboard, payment gateway tools, payment links, settlement services, payroll payout services, and related support services.
By creating an account, requesting access, submitting business information, using any Tasdid service, or accepting these terms during signup, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Tasdid.
1. Nature of Tasdid Services
Tasdid is a controlled-access business payment platform that may provide access to one or more of the following services, subject to review and approval:
- Fiat payment gateway support
- Crypto payment gateway support
- Payment links
- Website checkout integration
- Merchant dashboard
- Settlement and withdrawal requests
- Payroll and employee payout services
- Crypto payout processing
- Manual payment operations
- Business verification and account support
Tasdid is not an open public wallet application. Access to services is subject to business review, verification, approval, risk assessment, and manual activation by Tasdid.
Tasdid may approve, reject, limit, pause, or suspend any account or service at its discretion based on risk, compliance, operational, technical, or business reasons.
2. Request-Based Access
Creating an account or submitting a request does not guarantee access to Tasdid services. After signup, Tasdid may require:
- Business verification
- Identity verification
- Ownership verification
- Website or business activity review
- Source of funds explanation
- Payment volume review
- Additional documents or information
Tasdid may assign an agent to contact you before activating any service.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Tasdid may suspend or reject accounts that provide false, incomplete, misleading, or suspicious information.
3. Custodial Nature of Services
Some Tasdid services may be custodial. This means that Tasdid may receive, hold, process, record, or settle funds or crypto assets on your behalf as part of payment gateway, settlement, or payroll operations.
You understand and agree that:
- Tasdid may control wallets, payment addresses, or payment flows used for processing.
- Your dashboard balance may represent an internal platform record, not a direct blockchain wallet fully controlled by you.
- Tasdid may manually review and approve payments before updating balances or processing settlements.
- Funds may be delayed, paused, reviewed, or frozen if required for risk, compliance, technical, operational, or security reasons.
Tasdid is not a bank. Tasdid balances are not bank deposits. Tasdid does not guarantee deposit insurance, government protection, or instant liquidity unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Crypto Asset Risk Disclosure
Crypto assets involve significant risk. By using Tasdid's crypto-related services, you understand and accept that:
- Crypto transactions are usually irreversible.
- Sending funds to the wrong address may result in permanent loss.
- Sending funds on the wrong network may result in permanent loss.
- Blockchain confirmations may be delayed.
- Network fees may change.
- Blockchain networks may experience congestion, downtime, attacks, or technical failures.
- Wallets, smart contracts, exchanges, bridges, or third-party infrastructure may be hacked or disrupted.
- Crypto prices may be volatile.
- Stablecoins may lose their peg or become unavailable.
- Certain tokens, wallets, networks, or addresses may later become restricted, blocked, or unsupported.
Tasdid may try to assist in cases of incorrect payments, wrong network transfers, missing transactions, delayed confirmations, or failed transfers, but Tasdid does not guarantee recovery.
You are responsible for checking all payment details before sending or approving any crypto transaction.
5. Security Risks, Hacks, and Unauthorized Access
Tasdid takes reasonable steps to protect accounts, data, payment flows, and operational systems. However, no platform, wallet, payment system, blockchain, website, or third-party provider can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You understand and accept that risks may include:
- Platform security incidents
- Wallet compromise
- Phishing
- Malware
- User account compromise
- API key leaks
- Admin or employee mistakes
- Third-party provider breaches
- Blockchain network attacks
- Exchange or liquidity provider issues
- Unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or poor device security
You are responsible for:
- Securing your login credentials
- Using strong passwords
- Keeping your email, phone, and devices secure
- Reviewing payment details carefully
- Reporting suspicious activity immediately
- Restricting team member access inside your business
- Ensuring only authorized people use your Tasdid account
Tasdid may temporarily pause accounts, withdrawals, settlements, payroll batches, or payment processing during suspected security incidents.
6. Manual Processing and Non-Instant Services
Many Tasdid services may be manually reviewed and processed. You understand and agree that:
- Payments may require admin confirmation.
- Settlements may require manual processing.
- Payroll batches may require review before execution.
- Fiat gateway activation may require partner approval.
- Crypto gateway activation may require technical setup.
- Website integrations may require test mode and live approval.
- Payouts may be delayed due to provider availability, risk checks, liquidity, weekends, holidays, banking delays, or operational reasons.
Tasdid does not guarantee instant activation, instant settlement, instant payroll execution, or uninterrupted service.
7. Fees and Charges
Tasdid may charge fees for its services, including but not limited to:
- Setup fees
- Transaction fees
- Gateway fees
- Settlement fees
- Payroll processing fees
- Crypto network fees
- Provider fees
- Manual processing fees
- Monthly service fees
Fees may vary by client, service type, payment method, settlement method, volume, country, provider, or custom agreement.
Tasdid should disclose applicable fees before processing payments, settlements, or payroll batches when possible.
By submitting a payment, settlement request, or payroll batch, you agree to the applicable fees shown or communicated to you.
8. Payment Gateway Services
If Tasdid activates fiat or crypto gateway services for your business, you agree that:
- You are responsible for the products or services sold through your website.
- You are responsible for customer communication, order delivery, refunds, and legal compliance.
- Tasdid may review your website or business activity before activation.
- Tasdid may pause gateway access if your activity changes or becomes high-risk.
- Tasdid may reject payments that appear suspicious, incomplete, fraudulent, or unsupported.
- Tasdid may request additional documents at any time.
- Tasdid does not guarantee that all transactions will be approved, settled, or accepted.
9. Payment Links
If you use Tasdid payment links, you agree to use them only for lawful, approved, and verified business purposes.
You may not use payment links for prohibited, misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity.
Tasdid may cancel, reject, review, or suspend payment links if they appear suspicious or violate these Terms.
10. Settlement and Withdrawal Requests
Settlement methods may include, depending on approval and availability:
- Bank transfer
- SWIFT
- Crypto settlement
- Whish
- OMT
- Cash
- Cash through agents
- Other approved payout methods
Not all settlement methods are available to all clients. Tasdid may limit or refuse settlement methods based on account type, country, risk level, provider availability, liquidity, operational ability, or compliance requirements.
Settlement requests may be delayed, reviewed, rejected, partially processed, or cancelled if:
- Information is incomplete
- The account is under review
- The payment is disputed
- The source of funds is unclear
- The requested method is unavailable
- The transaction is suspicious
- Additional verification is required
- There is a technical, banking, provider, or liquidity issue
11. Payroll and Employee Payout Services
If Payroll Payments or Employee Payouts are activated for your account, you agree that:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of employee or recipient details.
- You are responsible for confirming Binance IDs, usernames, wallet addresses, and networks.
- You are responsible for ensuring that payments are lawful and authorized.
- Tasdid is not the employer of your employees, freelancers, contractors, or recipients.
- Tasdid does not calculate taxes, benefits, social security, employment obligations, or legal payroll responsibilities unless separately agreed in writing.
- Payroll batches may require review and funding confirmation before processing.
- Employee payouts may be delayed, rejected, failed, or partially completed due to incorrect details, network issues, provider issues, compliance review, or operational reasons.
Tasdid may request additional information about employees, contractors, payment purpose, or funding source before processing payroll.
12. Wrong Address, Wrong Network, and Incorrect Recipient Details
You are responsible for checking all payment and payout details before submission. Tasdid is not responsible for losses caused by:
- Incorrect wallet address
- Incorrect blockchain network
- Incorrect Binance ID
- Incorrect username
- Incorrect employee details
- Incorrect payment amount
- Duplicate submissions
- Outdated recipient information
- Client-side mistake or unauthorized employee action
Tasdid may attempt to help investigate errors, but recovery is not guaranteed.
13. Refunds, Disputes, and Reversals
Crypto payments are generally irreversible. Refunds, disputes, or reversals are not guaranteed and may depend on:
- Payment method
- Settlement status
- Blockchain transaction status
- Provider rules
- Merchant approval
- Customer claim
- Admin review
- Availability of funds
Tasdid may allow merchants to request refunds or adjustments, but all refund requests are subject to review and approval.
Tasdid may reject refund or dispute requests if the payment has already been settled, withdrawn, processed, or cannot be reversed.
14. Restricted and Prohibited Activities
You may not use Tasdid for illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or high-risk activities. Tasdid may reject, pause, or terminate accounts involved in or suspected of involvement in:
- Fraud
- Scams
- Money laundering
- Terrorist financing
- Sanctions violations
- Stolen funds
- Fake invoices
- Unauthorized financial services
- Illegal gambling
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Weapons or restricted goods
- Counterfeit goods
- High-risk investment schemes
- Unlicensed financial activity
- Any activity Tasdid considers unsafe, illegal, suspicious, or reputationally harmful
Tasdid may request additional information at any time to understand your business activity, transaction purpose, customer type, or source of funds.
15. Account Limits and Risk Controls
Tasdid may apply limits to your account, including:
- Maximum transaction amount
- Daily volume limit
- Monthly volume limit
- Payroll batch limit
- Number of recipients per payroll batch
- Settlement limits
- Withdrawal limits
- Supported payment methods
- Supported countries
- Supported crypto networks
- Manual approval requirements
Limits may change based on business verification, transaction history, risk level, provider requirements, or operational capacity.
Tasdid may pause or review any transaction that exceeds limits or appears unusual.
16. Third-Party Providers and Partners
Tasdid may use third-party providers, partners, banks, gateways, liquidity providers, agents, exchanges, blockchain networks, or payment processors to provide services.
You understand and agree that:
- Third-party providers may have their own rules, fees, delays, and restrictions.
- Tasdid does not control all third-party systems.
- Provider outages, rejections, delays, or policy changes may affect Tasdid services.
- Some services may become unavailable without prior notice.
- Partner approval may be required before activating certain services.
Tasdid is not responsible for delays, losses, or failures caused by third-party systems outside its reasonable control, except where required by applicable law.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
Tasdid may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or specific modules if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You provide false or incomplete information.
- Your business activity changes without notice.
- Your account appears suspicious or high-risk.
- Required verification is not completed.
- You misuse the platform.
- A partner, provider, authority, or internal risk review requires it.
- Tasdid decides the account creates operational, legal, financial, security, or reputational risk.
Tasdid may also pause settlements, withdrawals, payroll batches, or payments during investigations.
18. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Tasdid only for approved business purposes.
- Provide accurate business and identity information.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Review all payment and payout details before submission.
- Keep employee and recipient details updated.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Pay all agreed fees.
- Respond to Tasdid requests for information.
- Notify Tasdid immediately of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
- Avoid using Tasdid for prohibited or high-risk activity.
19. Data, Documents, and Privacy
Tasdid may collect and process information needed to provide services, including:
- Personal information
- Business information
- Identity documents
- Company documents
- Payment records
- Wallet addresses
- Transaction hashes
- Payroll recipient details
- Support messages
- Technical and login information
Tasdid uses this information for onboarding, verification, service delivery, risk review, compliance, support, reporting, security, and account management.
Tasdid may share necessary information with service providers, payment partners, compliance partners, agents, or authorities when required to provide services, prevent fraud, comply with obligations, or protect the platform.

20. Platform Availability
Tasdid aims to provide reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be affected by:
- Maintenance
- Technical errors
- Provider downtime
- Blockchain congestion
- Banking delays
- Internet outages
- Security incidents
- Manual review queues
- Force majeure events
- Changes in laws, provider policies, or market conditions
Tasdid may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
21. No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice
Tasdid provides payment processing and related operational services. Tasdid does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, employment, investment, or regulatory advice.
You are responsible for consulting your own advisors regarding your business, taxes, payroll obligations, customer payments, crypto usage, and legal compliance.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tasdid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or reputational damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of customers, loss of data, or loss caused by third-party providers, blockchain networks, user mistakes, incorrect payment details, or unsupported activity.
Tasdid's liability, if any, may be limited to the fees paid by the client to Tasdid for the specific service that caused the issue, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
23. Changes to These Terms
Tasdid may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, Tasdid may notify users through the dashboard, email, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods.
Continued use of Tasdid after updated terms are posted or accepted means you agree to the updated terms. Tasdid should store the version of the Terms accepted by each client.
24. Governing Law and Disputes

Any dispute related to Tasdid services should first be raised with Tasdid support for internal review.

Acceptance statement
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to Tasdid's Terms of Service, Custody Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Privacy Policy. I understand that some services involve custodial crypto/payment risks, manual review, third-party providers, and possible delays or losses.
